- How do I login to my FooCall account?
To login to your FooCall account for the first time;
- Retrieve your password from the text message that was sent from FooCall when you signed up
- Enter your username and password on the FooCall website and click Login
To login thereafter;
- Enter your username and password on the FooCall website and click Login
FooTip: If you're not using a public computer and you want to make the login process quicker and easier, leave the Remember me option ticked before you click Login.
- What do I do if I've still not received my account activation text message?
Please enter your username in the box below and click Confirm. You will be sent an activation link via text message.
If you still do not receive an activation text message, please tell us by emailing ask@foocall.com
Forgotten username or password
- How do I retrieve my username or password?
Please enter your email address in the box below and click Confirm. You will be sent a username and password reminder via email.
My account features
- What features are available to me when I login/sign-up to FooCall?
By logging in/registering a FooCall account you can:
- Make really cheap international calls direct from your mobile, landline or computer
- Manage account details, including adding funds, email & password management and call plan selection
- Add, edit and manage contacts easily on your account. These contacts are then ready to call when you log in to your FooCall mobile account
- View recent calls, including call duration, cost and time
- Add favorite time zones so that you never call at an inconvenient time again
My details & settings
- Can I change my username?
Your username is your unique identifier and cannot be changed. When choosing a username select wisely!
- Can I change my password?
We recommend you change your password on first login to something more memorable but you can change your password at any time.
To change your password;
- Login to your FooCall account
- Click on Account Details
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password twice to confirm
- Click on Update
- Can I edit my details?
You can edit personal details like first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number at any time;
- Login to your FooCall account
- Click on Account Details
- Make the relevant changes to your first name, last name, email address or mobile phone number
- Click on Update
- Can I view my call history?
You can view your call history on your FooCall account including details such as call date, time, duration and cost by;
- Login to your FooCall account
- Click on Call history
- Select the current or past month
- Click on a call
- Call details will be displayed
- How do I manage my time zones?
You can add up to 3 favourite time zones to your FooCall account by;
- Login to your FooCall account
- Click on Edit Time Zones on the My Time Zones panel
- Select up to 3 different time zones from the available list
- Click on Save Time Zones
